Our place is in the Shree Sai Krupa Market, over in Umerwada, Surat. We are in the upper ground section, shops 1011 and 1013. It’s right near Mahavir Market. If you’ve ever been to this part of Surat, you know it’s packed with people and shops. It’s a real hub for business. We do export and import stuff here. The market is always buzzing, and there is a lot of shouting and moving around. Our shop is where we handle all the paperwork and meet with people. It’s not a quiet office by any means. We are right in the middle of the action. We’ve been here for a while and we know most of the other shop owners around us. We handle a variety of goods and have to keep track of a lot of different orders. Some days it feels like we are drowning in papers, but we manage to get through it. We don't have a website that looks like it cost a fortune. We just rely on our reputation in the market. People know where to find us. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just come in, do the trading, and handle the shipping details. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest way to work. We grab our tea from the vendor outside and just keep at it until the day is done.
