The location is deep within the industrial zone where you see a lot of other factories and warehouses. It’s a dusty part of the world, especially when the wind picks up across the village roads. Our facility is a place where we actually make things, so it’s not quiet by any means. There is always some machine running or a forklift moving pallets around. We don't have a fancy entrance with a receptionist; you usually just walk in and find whoever is available in the front office. The staff here is used to the heat and the noise of the manufacturing floor. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. The building is functional, with plenty of room for the raw materials we need to process. We have a small area for the staff to take their lunch, but mostly everyone stays busy at their stations. It’s a hard-working atmosphere where we focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just life in Masat. We just keep plugging away at our production targets.
