Vasudev Transport

Down on Varachha Road at the Khadicha Maidan, you will find us at Vasudev Transport. It is a noisy place with trucks coming and going all the time. The dust from the maidan gets on everything but we don't mind much anymore. We have been moving goods for people around this part of town for a long time. It is a simple setup with a small office where we keep the logbooks and the keys. Mostly we are dealing with drivers and making sure the loads are tied down right before they head out. The traffic on Varachha Road can be a real headache, especially when the local markets are open, but we know all the shortcuts by now. My coffee always seems to have a bit of grit in it from the wind blowing across the open ground outside the window. We don't do anything fancy with computers if we can help it. We prefer to write things down in the big register. It feels more real that way and we don't lose the data. Sometimes the trucks break down or the heavy rain slows us down but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a tough business but someone has to move the stuff from one side of the city to the other. If you are looking for us, just look for the big gate near the maidan. We are usually there till late in the evening every day of the week except for the big holidays.
