Down at Adajan Dn 21 on Queens Road 74, you’ll find our office. It’s a busy area with plenty of shops nearby, so there is always something going on outside. Our workspace is fairly basic. We have a few big tables for laying out plans and some chairs that have seen better days. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few notes taped up near the light switches. We spend a lot of time talking to clients about their land and how they want to use it. It’s not always a quick process. We have to deal with a lot of regulations and paperwork that can be a real headache. Most afternoons, the sun hits the front window pretty hard, so we have to pull the blinds down and work in the shade. We aren't the kind of place that has a fancy coffee machine or leather sofas. We usually just grab something from the stall across the street. It’s a local business through and through. We know the people around here and they know us. Most of our work comes from word of mouth rather than any big ads. We just sit down, look at the maps, and try to figure out the best way to move forward with whatever project is on the table. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until night.
