Vardhman Textile Agencies is right in the middle of the action at Radha Krishna Textile Market, specifically D- 2290- 90- 92 on the first floor. If you’ve ever been to the Ring Road, you know how crowded it gets with carts and people carrying huge bundles of cloth. Our shop is up the stairs, and it’s always a bit of a squeeze. We have samples hanging everywhere and piles of fabric on the floor. It’s noisy because of the market outside, but that’s just the energy of the place. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to traders who stop by. We don't have a website; people just know where to find us. The tea guy comes by every hour, which is the only way we keep going some days. The office part is just a small desk with a computer that’s a bit slow. We keep our records in big handwritten books because it’s easier than typing everything out. It’s a busy life, and sometimes it gets overwhelming with all the different patterns and colors to keep track of. We just try to stay organized and get the orders shipped out to the different transporters. It’s not fancy, just a lot of hard work in a crowded market. Sometimes we stay late when the new stock arrives, just to make sure everything is sorted before the next morning starts. It’s constant but we are used to the pace.
