We are out here at 248 Kalathiya Industrial Estate in the Laskana area. Diamond Nagar is a busy place for work like this. Usually, the morning starts with checking what needs to be done for the day. There is always a lot of noise from the other units around us. We handle a lot of mechanical tasks and help find people for different jobs. It’s an industrial area, so things are pretty dusty and there are trucks moving in and out all the time. Our office isn’t anything special to look at, just a practical place where we keep our files and meet with people. Some days are slower than others, but there is usually something to fix or someone to talk to about a project. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the estate change quite a bit. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. People come to us when they need hands-on help with their equipment or need extra workers for a shift. We just try to get the job done without making too much of a fuss. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoon. We mostly just keep our heads down and work through the tasks. If you’re coming from the main road, you just head into the estate and look for number 248. We are usually there until late evening and we don't mind the long hours much.
