Shakti Colour Hardware

We are located at 2, M. K. Complex, right by the Hira Baug Circle on Varachha Road in Surat. Shakti Colour Hardware is basically a place packed right to the ceiling with heavy cans of paint, boxes of nails, and rows of various hand tools. If you have ever been to this part of Surat, you know it gets incredibly busy outside with all the traffic moving around the circle. Inside the shop, it is a bit of a maze. We try to keep track of where everything is, but sometimes we have to dig around for a few minutes to find that one specific size of bolt or a particular shade of enamel paint a customer wants. We started this shop because we like the practical side of things, helping folks find the right wrench or the right brush for a weekend project at home. There is always a bit of dust on the shelves and the faint smell of paint thinner in the air. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know the inventory inside and out. It is not a polished showroom by any means. It is a working hardware store where things get moved around and shelves get restocked as soon as a new shipment comes in from the truck. People stop by on their way home, looking for a quick fix for a leaky pipe or some supplies for a much bigger job.
