We have some machines that take up a lot of space, so the place can feel a bit crowded. Sometimes the noise from the machines makes it hard to hear, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and making sure the colors look right. It is a lot of sitting down and focusing on the details. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just our small team working out of the arcade. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on Varachha Road, but we’ve managed to stay put. The air conditioning works okay most days, which is a relief in the Surat heat. We don't put on any acts for customers. We just show them what we can do and see if it works for them.
