We are based out of J/14 in the Bharthana area. It’s a simple location for a transport business. We deal with moving goods from one place to another, which keeps us pretty busy. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's basically where we keep the logs and talk to the drivers. Bharthana is a decent spot for us because it lets us get to the main roads without too much trouble most of the time. We’ve got a lot of experience with logistics. It’s mostly about making sure the trucks are loaded right and that they leave on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or traffic jams, and we have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just the nature of the transport business. We don’t use a lot of fancy software or anything. It’s mostly paper, phones, and people who know the roads. We’ve been in this unit for a while and the neighbors know us. It can get a bit hectic when several trucks show up at once. Everyone here just pitches in to get the job done. We don't have a marketing team or big ads. People use us because we’ve been reliable for them in the past. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, we load the goods, and we send them where they need to go. It’s hard work but it’s what we know how to do best.
