We have been located at 9B in Pragati Society-2 for a while now. It is on Patel Prakash Road here in Surat. It is a busy part of the city, but we try to keep things quiet inside the hospital as much as we can. People usually find us easily because we are right there in the society area. Since it is a hospital, we deal with all the usual stuff that comes through the door every day. Some days are more crowded than others, especially in the mornings when everyone shows up at once. We don't have a massive lobby, but there is enough room for families to sit while they wait for their turn. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so they know the neighborhood well and can help with directions. Sometimes the traffic on the road outside gets a bit loud in the afternoons, but that is just how Surat is. We just focus on getting the work done and helping whoever walks in. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything like that. It is just a practical place where we handle medical needs. We have the standard equipment you would expect a place like ours to have. Most of our regulars are from around the Pragati Society area or nearby streets. We do not spend much time on decorations or fancy things. The doctors are usually busy going from one room to another.
