We are over at Shop 4 on Plot 31. It is right in the Uma Industrial Estate. If you know where the Limbayat Zone Office is in Dumbhal, we are pretty close to that area. It is a busy part of town with a lot of traffic during the day. Our shop isn't massive, but we try to keep what we need in stock most of the time. Trading keeps us on our toes because prices and supplies are always changing. Usually, you can find someone behind the counter from morning until the late afternoon. We deal with all sorts of people, from local builders to folks just looking for a specific part they can't find elsewhere. The shelves are mostly full, though sometimes we are stuck waiting on a delivery just like everyone else. It is a bit dusty because of all the construction work happening nearby, but that is just part of being in an industrial estate. We do not spend much time on decorating the place. The walls are plain and there is just a small desk for doing the paperwork. Most of the day is spent checking inventory or talking to suppliers on the phone. We like the location because it is easy for people in the Dumbhal area to reach us. There is a tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. No frills here, just a shop doing its thing day in and day out.
