Ultra Tech Cement Limited

Ultra Tech Cement Limited is located on the first floor of Uma Row House in Surat. We are right opposite Parsuram Garden on Gangeshwar Mahadev Road. Adajan is a very busy part of the city, and there is always a lot of noise from the traffic and people going to the garden. Our office is just up the stairs. It is a bit of a tight space because we have a lot of records and files stacked up. We are near the Tapi Restaurant, so the smell of food often drifts in during the lunchtime hour. We handle the cement business for this side of Surat. It is a lot of coordinating between the suppliers and the buyers. The phones ring quite a bit and there is usually someone coming in to discuss a contract or a delivery schedule. We have a few desks squeezed in and a small area where we can sit down and talk to people. It is not a flashy office with glass walls; it is a row house setup that has been converted for work. We like being in Adajan because it is close to everything, even if the road gets blocked during festival times. We just focus on getting the cement to where it needs to go and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It is a busy, everyday kind of place.
