We are located up on the third floor, Office 309, right in the Luxuria Business Hub in Surat. If you know Udhana Magdala Road, you know how busy it gets around here. There is always someone coming or going. We spend most of our time at the desks, handling all the international stuff. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking papers over and over again. The office gets a lot of light in the morning, which is nice, but it can get noisy with all the traffic outside. We usually have the fans going all day because Surat stays so humid. It’s a typical office setup, really. Lots of files stacked up and some computers that have seen better days. We try to keep track of everything moving across the borders, but sometimes the delays at the ports make things tricky. We just handle it as it comes. Usually, we break for lunch at the same time and someone goes down to get tea for the group. It’s a good routine. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the shipments get where they need to go and the paperwork isn't a mess. It’s steady work and keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Most days are just about staying on top of the emails and making sure the clients are updated. It’s what we do.
