Rudraksh Filaments

Our business, Rudraksh Filaments, is over at Plot No. 66 in the Ramakrishna Industrial Estate. We are right opposite Bharat Nagar Society and behind Ranchod Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood with a mix of small factories and houses. Inside our plot, it’s mostly about the machinery we use for our filaments. The noise is constant during the day, a sort of low hum that you stop noticing after an hour or two. We have a handful of workers who keep an eye on the production lines. It’s a lot of watching and making sure nothing gets tangled or stuck. We’ve had this spot for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the gate squeaks a bit when you open it, but the equipment inside is what matters. We don't spend a lot of time on the computer unless we are checking orders or doing the accounts. Most of our day is spent on our feet. People from the nearby societies often walk past on their way to the shops, so we see a lot of familiar faces. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We just produce our goods and send them out to whoever bought them. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. We like the location because it’s easy for our staff to get to from their homes, and everyone knows where the estate is located.
