It isn't a massive store, but we pack a lot into the space we have. Sometimes the piles of clothes get a little messy when customers are looking through them, but we straighten things out when we can. Surat is a busy city, and Udhna is always moving, so we get a lot of foot traffic. We see people who play cricket, go to the gym, or just want something comfortable to wear around the house. We don't do big marketing campaigns. We just put our items out and let people see them for themselves. The lights in the mall are bright, and there is always music playing from the shops nearby. It’s a lively place to work. We talk to a lot of different people every day. Some know exactly what size they need, and others want to try on everything in the shop. We don't mind either way. We've been in Silicon Shoppers for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It is just a regular shop run by regular people.
