You can find Udha Machines Tools right at Shiv Plaza on M.G. Road Number 3. We are in the Udygangar part of Udhna, which is a busy place for anyone who knows the area. Our shop is at number 4, and it’s usually packed with different tools and parts. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes because we keep getting new stock in and finding a place for everything is a constant struggle. We deal with people who need specific tools for their workshops, and they usually come in with grease on their hands and a very clear idea of what they need. We’ve been here for a long time and we’ve seen the plaza go through a lot of changes. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so there is always someone to chat with during the slow hours. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our customers come to us because they’ve been coming here for years or someone told them we have what they need. It gets quite dusty with all the metalwork and the traffic outside, but we just wipe things down and keep going. We like the local feel of Udhna and being right in the middle of the industrial activity makes it easy to stay connected to what our customers are actually doing.
