You can find us at 178 inside the Kasturba Mahila Co-Op. Society. We are right near the I N Tekrawala School in the Palanpur Patia area on Rander Road. It’s a nice local spot here in Surat for Torrent Power Ltd. Our office is part of the society, so it feels more like being in a neighborhood than a business park. We handle the power needs for the families and shops around here. Most days are spent talking to neighbors about their bills or checking on the local lines. It’s a very hands-on job. We don’t go in for big mission statements or fancy speeches. We just work out of this office and do our best to stay organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when the school nearby lets out, but we like the energy. We have a small crew, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There is a lot of paper on the desks and the computers are always humming away. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks in. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s just our local branch where we do the daily work. We drink tea, handle the calls, and keep the records straight. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us and for the people we serve.
