The Gujarat Brushware Industries

If you go through Nagar Wada Gate and head down Falla Patel Wadi Lane in Rao Pura, you will find our workshop. We have been here in this part of Vadodara for a long time. At The Gujarat Brushware Industries, we make all kinds of brushes for industrial and home use. It’s a bit of a dusty job, but we don't mind getting our hands dirty. The lane we are in is quite narrow, and it feels like an old-fashioned neighborhood where everyone knows what the person next door is doing. We have a handful of machines that stay busy most of the day. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our business comes from word of mouth. People know that the brushes we make are sturdy and will last through a lot of scrubbing. We use different materials depending on what the customer needs, and we try to be as helpful as we can when they have questions. The office is just a small corner of the workspace with a desk and some old filing cabinets. We don't need much more than that. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the work a bit slow, but we keep the fans going and get the orders out. It’s a simple, hardworking life here in Rao Pura, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep making our brushes and doing our bit.
