The Architect

If you’re looking for us, we’re located at Nanpura Bhilwada 6. Our sign just says The Architect, which is simple and tells you exactly what we do. We don't see the need for a complicated name or a big brand. The office is a functional space where we spend most of our working hours. It’s got a lot of natural light, which is good for drawing and looking at plans, but it also gets a bit hot in the afternoons. We have been in this part of Nanpura for quite a while now. Most of our work is about figuring out how to make a building fit on a piece of land without wasting any space or money. We use computers for the final plans, but a lot of our initial ideas still start with a pencil and a yellow legal pad. It’s a quiet business for the most part, though it gets loud when we’re out on-site checking on the progress of a build. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception area with a secretary. It’s just a place to work. We deal with all sorts of projects, from small house repairs to bigger commercial buildings. Everyone who works here knows their way around a set of blueprints. We aren't here to impress anyone with big talk or fancy brochures. We just want to make sure the walls stay up and the clients get what they need.
