We are located at 2, Smit Sagar Row House in Surat. It’s near the Merulaxmi Temple in the Tadwadi area. Being near the temple means it’s usually quite lively around here, especially during festivals. The row house setup is nice because it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We share the space with Shah Trading Co. It’s a bit of a mix of industrial tools and trading business. You’ll see a lot of cutting tools and machinery parts sitting around. The neighbors are mostly families or other small shops. We’ve been in this part of Surat for a good while. The stairs in the row house are a bit steep, so we get our exercise for the day. We don’t have a big receptionist desk or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We spend most of our time answering queries and checking on shipments. Surat is a hot place, but being in Tadwadi is okay since there’s a bit of a breeze sometimes. We handle the distribution and sales for Tegutec products here. It’s a simple operation. We make sure the orders are right and the customers get what they need. Sometimes the tea lady comes by late, but we don't mind. It's just a regular local business life. There's always some noise from the street, but it keeps us on our toes while we work. We keep things pretty simple here.
