Tectonics

Our spot is at 306 on New Sama Road, right inside the Nanpura Sudamapuri Society. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you aren’t from around here, but once you’re in, it’s a quiet little corner. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now. The desks are pushed together so we can all see what everyone else is doing. It leads to a lot of talking and sometimes a bit of arguing over the best way to handle a structural issue. We have a lot of books on the shelves that haven't been touched in years, mostly just gathering dust while we use the computers instead. The society is peaceful, which is a nice break from the traffic on New Sama Road just outside the gates. We don’t have a big corporate sign or anything like that. Just a small plate on the door. Our days are filled with looking at screen monitors and drinking too much water. Sometimes we go out for a walk just to clear our heads when a design isn’t coming together. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just trying to make sure the buildings we work on stay standing and look decent. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it that way so we can actually focus on the details.
