Our office is over in the Irrigation Colony in Korba, at Quarter Number A1-91. It’s a quiet spot in Chhattisgarh, and it serves as our base for Tata Projects Limited in this region. The office is pretty basic, just a government-style quarter that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel to it, with files stacked on shelves and desks that have seen better days. We don’t mind, though, because it’s a good place to focus. We spend our time here managing the local projects and making sure all the logistics are sorted. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment; it’s more about steady, consistent work. We know the people in the colony and we’re used to the pace of life here. There’s no need for any fancy descriptions of what we do. We’re just a team of people trying to keep things organized. Usually, we’re either on the phone or out at a site checking on progress. When we’re in the office, we just keep to our tasks and try to stay ahead of the paperwork. It’s a simple life, but the work we do is important for getting things built. We don’t use any marketing jargon or try to sound like something we aren't. We’re just local staff doing our part in a big company, and that’s plenty for us. We show up, work hard, and head home when the day is finished.
