Sweta Clinic

Our clinic is located at Sangar Palace in Trikamnagar 2, which is right on Lambe Hanuman Road in the Varachha area. This part of town is always moving, and there is a lot of energy on the street. We’ve been here at number 9 for a good bit of time. It’s a straightforward medical clinic. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. People just know where we are. The inside is pretty basic—we have a waiting area, a small desk for the records, and the rooms where the doctor sees people. It gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning and wiping things down. We see all sorts of people every day. Some just have a cold, others need something more specific. We try to listen more than we talk. The neighborhood is very connected, so we often see the same families coming in year after year. We don't use any fancy corporate talk or try to sell people things they don't need. We just provide a place for people to come when they need medical attention. It can be a bit noisy with the traffic on Varachha Road, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit calmer. We just keep our heads down and do our work as best as we can every day. That is really all there is to it. We hope to stay here for a long time.
