We are located on the fourth floor of Jainam Residency, specifically in unit A 401. You’ll find us in the Pal area of Surat, right near Pal Talav on the L P Savani Road. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of new buildings and people moving around. We deal with export and import, which means our day is usually filled with a lot of international calls and checking on shipping dates. The office isn't anything special, just a place where we can keep our files and sit down to work on the computer. We have a small staff and we all pretty much do a bit of everything to keep things going. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the Pal area, but we’re usually too busy with paperwork to notice. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help move goods across borders. It’s a lot of logistics and staying on top of the rules for different countries. Sometimes it’s stressful when a shipment gets delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. We like the location here in Surat because it’s easy for people to find us on the main road. It’s a simple business run by people who just want to get the work done right and keep the daily records straight.
