Svv Furnishing Private Limited

We are based in the RRTM market in Saroli, which is a very busy part of Surat. Our shop is Shop No-6038 in Panel-21B, right in Passage No-2. Svv Furnishing Private Limited is where we handle all sorts of fabrics for home furnishings. If you know the Saroli area, you know how crowded the corridors can get with people and parcels. Our shop is usually packed to the ceiling with different types of cloth, so there isn't much room to move around. We spend our days pulling down rolls for people to see and then cutting them to the right size. It is a lot of lifting and moving stuff, and our backs usually ache by the end of the day. The lighting in the market isn't the best, so we use tube lights to see the colors of the fabric. We don't have any polished marketing materials. We just talk to the customers who come in and try to help them find what they need. Most of our neighbors are also in the textile trade, so we often share a cup of tea in the passage when things are a bit slow. It is a very hands-on job and we are constantly dealing with deliveries and paperwork. We don't try to sound corporate because we aren't. We are just a local shop in a big market doing our best to keep the business going every day.
