SUNRISE ENTERPRISE

Operating out of Barbodhan Keshar Estate in the Naroto Gidc Phase 4 area, specifically at number 5-b, is where we spend our days. Being in a GIDC area means it is always noisy with machines and trucks moving around at all hours. We are part of that industrial landscape. Our unit isn't huge, but it fits everything we need for the business. There is a lot of metal and concrete around here, and the sun really heats up the estate during the middle of the day. We spend time coordinating with other units and making sure our supplies are moving the way they should. It is not the kind of place where you get walk-in customers looking for a gift; it is all business-to-business stuff. We have a small desk with a computer that is a few years old and a lot of paper ledgers for keeping track of things. The floor is plain concrete and we have some heavy shelving for the stock. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, so we just sit outside the unit and wait for it to come back. It is a gritty, hard-working environment. We have been at 5-b for a while now and know the other guys in the neighboring units pretty well. We share news about the estate or complain about the road conditions during the monsoon season. It is just how life is in the industrial phase.
