Suncity Fitness & Wellness Pvt Ltd is located on the third floor of the Shiv Pooja Complex right here on Citylight Road in Surat. If you know where the Bank of Baroda is, we are just right above them. It’s a pretty busy spot but once you get up here, it’s all about the workout. We’ve been running this place for a while now and it’s mostly just a regular crowd of local people from around the neighborhood. We have the usual stuff you’d expect like treadmills, some benches, and a decent rack of weights. The windows look out over the street so there’s some light coming in during the day. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow so a lot of us just take the stairs to get the legs moving early. It’s not a huge place but we make the space work for everyone. You’ll see people here early in the morning before work and then another group that shows up after five. We try to keep the equipment clean and everything in working order, though sometimes a cable might need fixing or a mat gets worn out. We just handle it as it comes. It’s a straightforward gym where people come to do their sets and then head home to their families. No fancy lights or loud shouting, just a place to get some exercise done in Surat. The street outside is always noisy with cars, but the music inside usually covers most of it up for the members.
