Our place is B-3 in the Vaibhav Ind Estate. If you know the Tanu Gas Agency in Pandesara GIDC, we are right near there. Being in a GIDC area means there is always the sound of machinery and trucks. It is a very industrial atmosphere, which makes sense for what we do with pre-fab structures at Structen Pre Fab Pvt. Ltd. We have a lot of steel and heavy materials moving in and out of our unit. The floor is concrete and usually has some scuff marks from the heavy equipment. We are not sitting in a plush office with carpets. It is a working shed where things get built and put together. The heat can be a bit much in the summer months under the metal roof, but we have some fans that help a little bit. We have a small office area blocked off for the paperwork and the computer work. Most of the time, the guys are out on the floor working on the latest project. We have been in Pandesara for a good stretch now. The local tea stall guy knows our order by heart because we go there every morning. It is hard work, and we usually go home pretty tired and covered in a bit of dust or grit. We just focus on building things that last and keeping the schedules mostly on track throughout the busy work week.
