Star Video

We are tucked away in Nanpura, specifically on 6th Main near the 15th Cross. Star Video has been our life for many years now. Most of the people living around this part of Nanpura know where we are because we’ve been in the same spot for so long. The shop is usually a bit of a mess, filled with cameras, tripods, and old tapes that people want us to convert. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the editing desk. We spend a lot of our time sitting in the dark, looking at footage and trying to make sure the cuts look right. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we actually enjoy the process of putting a video together. Sometimes the traffic on 15th Cross gets so backed up that we have trouble getting our van out for a shoot, which can be pretty frustrating when we are on a deadline. We aren't some big production house with fancy titles. We are just a small crew that knows how to handle a camera and an editing suite. Some days are very long, especially when a project is due, and we end up drinking way too much tea to stay awake. We like the local feel of the Nanpura area. It is home for us. We just focus on getting the pictures right and making sure the sound is clear.
