Our clinic is way up on the ninth floor of Swastik Tower. If you know the Sarthana Jakatnaka area in Surat, we are right there in Building B. It is a specialized place where we handle piles and other colorectal issues. It isn't the most glamorous job but it is important for the people who come to see us. The waiting room gets a bit crowded on Monday mornings. We have a small staff here trying to keep things organized. Usually, patients come in quite worried, so we just try to get them seen as quickly as possible. The view from the 901 flat is actually alright since we are so high up. We handle consultations and some small procedures right here. It’s a quiet enough setup once you get inside the tower. Most of our patients live nearby or travel from the surrounding parts of Surat. We keep regular hours. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow which can be annoying when we are in a hurry. We just focus on the medical work and making sure the files are in order. It’s a professional environment but we keep it pretty casual among the staff. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Just a regular clinic doing its thing every day. It's been a few years now since we first opened up here.
