Being located on Laxmikant Ashram Road Katargam, we at Soham Industrial Diamonds are right in the thick of it. This part of the city is always buzzing, especially during the day. Our spot in A-43, Vaikunthdham Soc. has been our base for quite some time now. It’s not a shiny office building with glass walls. It’s a practical space where we can get our hands dirty and focus on the tasks at hand. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long—the scooters buzzing by and the neighbors talking. We usually start early before the heat really kicks in. The office is full of heavy desks and the kind of tools you’d expect for this kind of work. We aren’t really into the whole modern office decor thing; we prefer things that last and don't break easily. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the others take their tea. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or meetings. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and get to it. Katargam has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that over the years. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest place to work. We wouldn’t really want to be anywhere else because this is where the real action is for us. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
