Smartlight ( Light Shop )

Our shop, Smartlight, is situated at 4 Priya Apartment, right across from the Bahumali Building in Nanpura. It’s a convenient little spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the peak hours of the day when everyone is out. We have various lights displayed all over the ceiling and walls, so it stays pretty warm inside from all the bulbs being on for display. We spend our time showing people the different options and trying to find something that fits what they need for their homes or offices. It’s a small shop, so we don't have a lot of room for a big staff. It’s usually just one or two of us here at any given time. We spend a lot of time unpacking boxes and checking for any broken glass from the shipments. The shop has a bit of a lived-in feel to it; it’s not like those big, sterile showrooms you see in the malls. We have our favorite chairs behind the counter and a small radio that plays in the background to keep things lively. Most of our customers are locals who stop by while they’re out running other errands in the neighborhood. We try to keep a good variety of stock, but sometimes we run out of the popular items and have to wait for the next delivery. It’s a straightforward way to make a living.
