Simplex Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. operates out of our space at 68, Jogani Nagar-2 in Surat. Being right opposite the SMC Water Tank on Anand Mahal Road makes it easy for folks to find us, though the road gets quite a bit of traffic throughout the afternoon. We have been in this part of Gujarat for some time now. This office is where we manage the projects and handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with construction and infrastructure. It's a functional setup. We aren't big on decorations or fancy rugs. There are usually a few of us here looking over plans or talking to suppliers on the phone. Surat is a fast city, and staying on top of things keeps us pretty occupied. We see that water tank every single day when we walk in. The neighborhood is mostly residential and small businesses, so it feels like a normal community rather than a business park. Our work takes us to different sites, but this is the home base. We keep a lot of records here in old steel cabinets. It can get a bit messy with all the papers and site maps, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we work. No fancy corporate talk here, just getting the jobs finished. We like being in this part of town. It feels right for the kind of practical work we do. It’s just a place where we sit, talk, and plan out the next project over some tea.
