Our place is located at Plotno. 1/1/3 in Chinchpada, which is a bit out of the way if you aren't familiar with the industrial layout here. U M Cables Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a while, dealing with all sorts of wiring and cable products. It’s not a quiet job. There is usually the sound of heavy spools being moved around or the hum of machinery in the background. The yard gets a bit crowded with inventory sometimes, especially when a big shipment comes in or is getting ready to go out. Chinchpada has its own pace, and we’ve adapted to it over the years. We aren't really into the whole corporate lifestyle with suits and long meetings. Instead, we spend our time checking specs and making sure the cable lengths are right. It’s dusty and sometimes a bit chaotic, but that’s just how it goes when you’re handling heavy industrial goods. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we’ve got a good local feel to the place. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide cables to the people and businesses that need them to keep their power running or their machines connected. If you come by the plot, you’ll see we are just a group of people working hard to get the orders filled. It’s a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way without any extra fuss or fancy talk.
