Klpco Prvate Ltd. is based at Plot No. 25 in the Dan Udhyoug Industrial Estate over in Silvassa. It’s a fairly quiet industrial estate compared to some of the others, but there is still plenty going on. Our building is a solid structure that has been through a few rainy seasons. The work we do here is mostly technical and requires a lot of attention to detail. We have a few different rooms set up for various stages of our process. It is the kind of place where you will see people in overalls or work shirts most of the day. We don't really have a lot of visitors, so we don't worry too much about having a fancy lobby or anything. The focus is always on the production line and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. Silvassa has its own pace, and we tend to follow it. We start early and try to get the bulk of the work done before the afternoon heat gets too intense. There is always a lot of paperwork to keep up with, and that usually happens in the small office area near the main entrance. We keep our tools organized and our workspace as clean as an industrial site can be. It’s a straightforward operation at Plot No. 25, and we take pride in just doing the job right without making a big fuss about it. We stay pretty focused on the tasks.
