Dipen Synthetics is located at Samli Dockmardi. Our specific spot is Survey No. 208/1. It’s a bit of an out-of-the-way location, but it works for us. We spend our time working with synthetic materials. The process involves a lot of heat and some chemical smells, which you just stop noticing after a while. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we can get our work done. We have a small yard where we load the trucks. Sometimes the ground is uneven, so you have to be careful with the forklift. We don’t have a big HR department or a PR team. Usually, if there's an issue, we just talk it out right there on the floor. It’s a very direct way of working. The Samli area is mostly other industrial units, so we all have the same kinds of problems with the power or the roads. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure the machines are fed and the output is looking right. It’s a lot of manual monitoring. We don't use a lot of high-tech sensors, just our eyes and years of experience. Most of us have been doing this for a long time. It’s a steady rhythm and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it really is.
