D N H Spinners

We are located in Surangi at Survey No. 171/1/4/1. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from this part of the woods. D N H Spinners is all about the spinning process. We have these big machines that run all day and sometimes all night too. It’s a noisy life. You have to shout a bit to be heard over the equipment. The address is kind of confusing for people who haven't been here before, so we often have to give directions over the phone. Surangi is a quiet area otherwise. We have a lot of cotton and thread around, so we have to be really careful about sparks or anything like that. It’s a lot of responsibility keeping the place safe. The workers here are tough and they don't mind the hard work. We have our tea breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in the village. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s a brick and mortar factory with a tin roof. When it rains, the sound on the roof is so loud you can’t hear yourself think. We just keep our heads down and watch the spindles. There’s always something to clean or a machine to oil. We just keep the wheels turning as best as we can. It’s what we’ve always done and we don't plan on changing much.
