It is a busy part of Silvassa with lots of trucks moving in and out of the various plots. The road can get a bit dusty when it hasn't rained in a while. At Chemie Leather-tex Pvt. Ltd., we don't have a lot of frills. It's just a factory building where we spend our days. The gate is usually open early in the morning. We have some long-term staff who know exactly what they are doing. It isn't the kind of place with a lobby or a receptionist. If someone shows up, one of us just goes to the door to see what they need. We deal with our tasks one by one. Life in this industrial area is mostly about keeping the workflow steady. We don't put much stock in fancy titles or big speeches. Most days are spent on the floor or near the loading bay. It’s a bit noisy because of the other units nearby, but that’s just how it is around here. We appreciate the space we have on Survey No. 121/p. It fits all our equipment and gives us enough room to move things around. We just keep our heads down and work. That is about it.
