Acauraink Pvt. Ltd. is down on the ground floor of Plotno. 119 in the Govt Industrial Estate. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for loading and unloading, which is good because we have a lot of stuff moving in and out. The Govt Industrial Estate is an old place. It has that specific smell of metal and grease that you get used to after the first week. We have a small office tucked in the front, but most of the action happens in the back. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the machines are what matter. They hum along all day. We have a couple of lights that flicker, but they give enough light to see what we are doing. The crew here is mostly local guys. We don't have long meetings. We just talk over the noise of the floor. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. It saves time. Living and working around Plotno. 119 means you know the chai wallah across the street pretty well. He knows how we like it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our part and keep the business running. It’s a straightforward life.
