You can find us at 4057 Trade House on Ring Road. It’s quite a climb up to the fourth floor if you don’t want to wait for the elevator, which is often full anyway. Our room, number 4057, is where all the actual work happens. Ring Road is a very busy part of town, so there’s always a lot of noise and people moving about outside. Inside the office, we keep things simple with a few computers and some space for our records. We handle exports, which involves a lot of back-and-forth communication and making sure the numbers in the system match the physical goods. We’ve been in Trade House for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of other businesses come and go. It’s a small space, but we’ve organized it so we can find what we need. Sometimes the days are very long, especially when we are trying to meet a deadline for a shipment. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just come in every morning, drink some tea, and get to work on the orders. It’s a lot of mundane tasks like checking forms and making phone calls to agents, but it’s what we do. We try to be careful with the details because even a small mistake can cause a big delay later on. It is just the reality of the business.
