Our office is located at No. 106 in Ratan Chambers, which sits right on the Ring Road in the Salabatpura area. If you know this part of the city, you know it's the heart of the textile trade. We’ve been involved in the fabric business for years. The building is always busy with people moving rolls of cloth and couriers running in and out. We focus on texturising here at Shyam Texturisers Pvt. Ltd., which is a specific part of the process that not everyone understands, but it's important for the final feel of the material. It can get pretty hectic during the peak seasons. We have a small team sitting in the office handling the accounts and the sales. The walls are lined with samples from over the years. It’s not a very quiet place because of the traffic on Ring Road, but we’re used to the noise. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people we've known for a long time in the industry. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the prices aren't too high. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we find ways to get the work done anyway. Salabatpura has its own rhythm and we’ve been a part of it for a long time now. It’s just what we do every day and we’re happy to be part of the local market scene.
