Our place is at 114 Parvat, right near the Income Tax office. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The building is a bit older, but it’s solid. We do our work from the ground floor. It’s easy for people to drop in. There’s usually a bit of a breeze coming through the door in the morning. We handle a lot of logistics and transport stuff. It’s not a clean job; there’s always a bit of grease or dirt around. But we don't mind that. We have a small staff and we all know what we’re supposed to do. Sometimes we eat lunch together at the big table in the back. It’s a simple routine. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing us and coming back when they need help. The phone is usually ringing, which is a good sign. If it’s quiet, we find something to clean or fix. I’ve noticed the traffic near the Income Tax office has gotten worse over the years. It takes longer to get out of the parking area now. But we stay put because this is where we’ve always been. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guy. It’s a community. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day.
