Chetan Markande

My name is Chetan Markande and I work out of No. 59 Shivaji Nagar in Nimba. This is where I handle all my business affairs. It’s a fairly quiet area, which is nice when I need to concentrate. Nimba isn't a huge place, so most people around here know each other. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a long time, and using my home or this local spot for work just makes sense. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy office building. It’s just me and sometimes a bit of help when things get busy. I spend a lot of time on the phone or working on my computer, trying to stay on top of everything. There’s always paperwork to fill out and people to get back to. Sometimes I have to head out to meet people, but mostly I’m right here at No. 59. It’s a basic setup with just what I need to get the job done. I don’t see the need for anything more than that. The building is older but it works for me and has enough space for my desk and files. I keep my own hours, though I usually end up working late more often than I’d like. It’s just how it goes when you’re running your own thing in a small place like Shivaji Nagar. I try to stay organized but some days are harder than others.
