Shiv Shakti Auto Consultant is situated on A K Road, right on Gandhi Road. We are actually right beside the Sardar Patel Smruti Bhawan, which is a big building everyone knows. Having that as a neighbor makes it really easy to tell people where to go. We are a small operation that focuses on vehicles and helping people make sense of their options. The shop is simple and we don't have any corporate polish. We just have our desks and our knowledge of the local auto market. A K Road can get pretty loud with all the buses and cars, but we don't mind the noise. It feels like we are in the heart of things. We talk to people who come in, share a tea sometimes, and look at whatever car they brought. We don't use fancy scripts or sales pitches. We just speak plainly about what we know. Being next to Sardar Patel Smruti Bhawan gives us a sense of place in the community. We've been here long enough to see the neighborhood change, but we stay the same.
