Shayne Construction

Our office is over at Sharda Smriti Park, room 302. We’re in the Udhna area of Surat, right near Ambawadi. It’s a busy part of Gujarat to be in. Shayne Construction has been based in this building for some time. It’s a decent spot, even if the stairs can be a bit much sometimes. Being in Surat means there is always something being built or fixed. We’re just one part of that. The pin code is 394210 for anyone trying to find us. We don’t have a flashy showroom. It’s just an office where we sit down and figure out the logistics of our construction jobs. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We wear boots and jeans most of the time because we’re usually headed to a site or coming back from one. Udhna is a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot of traffic and people moving around, especially near Ambawadi. We like the energy of the place. It keeps us on our toes. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our name. The office at Sharda Smriti Park is where the planning happens. We’ve got our drawings and our schedules pinned to the walls. It’s not perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the building work done right. It’s a straightforward life for us here in Surat.
