Shakti Global Services,Surat is located in the Akshar Shopping Center in Udhna. We are very close to the railway station, so it is always a bit hectic around here with people coming and going. The noise of the trains and the crowds is just part of our daily life. Our shop in the shopping center is a modest space where we handle all sorts of service requests. It is often a bit cramped because we have to store a lot of equipment and paperwork. We have been at this location for a few years, and we have grown used to the fast pace of the area. Most of the time, it is just a couple of us handling everything from the front desk to the technical work in the back. We do not have any fancy brochures or a corporate office feel. It is just a practical place where work gets done. People often stop in on their way to or from the station because it is convenient for them. We have a small bench where customers can sit if they have to wait, but usually, it is filled with boxes. The shopping center is an older building, so it has its quirks, like the flickering lights in the hallway. We do not mind, though, as it feels like a real part of the Surat community. We stay open pretty late to accommodate people finishing their work days. It is a simple, busy life, and we are quite happy with it.
