You can find us at C/33 Pushpkunj Raw House. We are right opposite the Prabhudarshan Society on the Ugat-Bhesan Road. This is in the Morabhagal area of Rander in Surat. Since it is a row house, the space is a bit tight with all the equipment and parts we have to keep on site. We handle a lot of heavy machinery stuff, so the garage area is usually full of tools and bits of grease. Surat is a fast-growing city, and there is always some kind of construction happening on the next block. We get a lot of people stopping by asking for technical help or looking for a specific part they cannot find elsewhere. My brother and I manage most of the day-to-day things. The office part is just a small room upstairs with a laptop and a printer that tends to jam if you put too much paper in it. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on the orders. It is a very local operation, and we know most of the guys who run the other small shops on this road. We do not have a marketing budget, so we just rely on people knowing where we are. Sometimes we sit on the porch during the afternoon and watch the traffic go by on Ugat-Bhesan Road. It is a straightforward business. We just try to be helpful when someone comes in.
