We are over here at Om Tex Park in Parab, Surat. Most people know us for the cooling work we do around Kamrej. It’s a busy spot in the park, units 222 and 223 specifically. We’ve been at this for a while now. Dealing with Surat heat means there’s always something to fix or install. We aren't a big flashy firm with a fancy lobby. It's mostly just tools, parts, and a few of us trying to keep up with the calls. Sometimes the traffic around Kamrej gets a bit much, but we manage to get the vans out. Being in the Gujarat climate, cooling isn't really a luxury, it's just what you need to get through the day. We spend most of our time on-site or at the workshop here. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s just how the work goes. We handle the paperwork from the small office desk in the corner. People stop by sometimes to ask about parts or just to see if we can come by their place later in the week. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words or sales talk. We just know how the machines work and how to keep them running when it's forty degrees outside. It’s honest work and we’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the local neighborhoods well. Our official name is Sbc Cooling Private Limited, but most folks just call us for AC help.
