Our place is located on Kotsafil Road, right in the Bhagal area of Surat. Most people find us by looking for Rajani Electronics, since we are directly opposite them. It's a busy part of town, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but that's just life in this neighborhood. We focus on joints and arthritis here at Sarjan. People come in with bad knees or shoulders that won't move right anymore. We have the equipment for arthroscopy, but the center itself is quite plain. We don't spend much time on aesthetics. There are white walls, some posters about bone health, and the usual smell of antiseptic. The waiting room fills up pretty quickly in the mornings. You’ll see older folks sitting there waiting to talk about their joint pain. We try to be honest with everyone about what’s going on with their health. It’s a practical environment. The address 395003 is right in the middle of the trade district, so there is always a lot of noise from the street coming through. We just keep our heads down and work through the appointments. It’s not a glamorous job, but seeing someone walk out a bit easier than they walked in is what matters. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we know the rhythms of the street outside quite well by now.
