Sant Krupa Travels

Our shop, Sant Krupa Travels, is at G/39 in the Sargam Doctor House. That is right on Varachha Road in Surat, very close to the Hirabaug Circle. If you know that area, you know it stays quite busy with all the cars and bikes going around the circle. We have a small shop on the ground floor, so it is easy to find if you are walking past. Inside, it is just a normal workspace. We have some calendars on the wall and a few chairs. We spend most of our time talking to people about their travel needs. It is not a big operation, just a few of us working here every day. The morning starts with opening the shutters and cleaning up the dust that comes in from the road. Varachha is a lively place to be, and being near Hirabaug Circle means we see a lot of faces. We don't use any fancy systems or have a glossy lobby. It is just us and our desks. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions about buses or trips. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few families show up at once. We just handle things as they come. It is a simple life running a travel desk here. We focus on the work and don’t really worry about making things look perfect. We’ve been here for years.
